Good question.
Employer brand development is at the heart of what we do. It’s how we help companies connect with great people, and in return, we help our great talent connect with impressive career opportunities. We use the tools of social science, data analysis, design, writing, content creation and good ol’ story telling techniques to build EB, that’s what we call it, and create value, impact and equity.
It’s a lot like building a brand, except that the brand in our case is an end to end candidate experience that can start with job search and end in excitement.
Yes! We love finding talent in unexpected places. We also are well aware that we work in a niche, so we don’t expect everyone to come in having only worked in EB and recruitment marketing.
We look for people who are curious, smart, like taking initiative and enjoy the kinds of challenges that come with an industry where no two days are ever the same.
We don’t have perfectly defined job descriptions because we like to empower people to help create the role itself, finding ways to solve problems and approach things differently.
Each of our teams has a slightly different process but we typically go through a series of similar steps:
We meet with an initial get to know you conversation.
We’ll ask questions knowing full well you’re also trying to see if we’re a good fit for you. You can feel free to ask us any question you’d like, and we’ll answer as best we can.
If the fit seems strong, we may do a follow up meeting so you can meet others in our company and get a little deeper. That’s about it.
That depends on where you are. Our locations around the country are all closely monitoring state and federal guidelines and acting accordingly. Many of our locations are maintaining a blended remote/in-office environment, some are fully in the office, and some of our team members are fully remote.
We prioritize promotion from within, and it’s not uncommon for people to start in one area and explore entirely different ones. If you’re awesome but have the itch to try something new, you can raise your hand and we’ll try to make it work.
We’re glad you asked! We love it so much we even built a whole page about it—check out [email protected].
